Welcome to Kesouma ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the purchase of our footwear. By accessing our website or purchasing products from Kesouma, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

  • By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of 16.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Product Representations: We make every effort to display the colors, features, and details of our footwear as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device display settings.

  • Pricing Changes: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Stock Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales quantity of any product or service per customer, household, or order.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt.

  • Payment Methods: Payments must be made using our approved payment gateways during checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Returns & Exchanges Policy

For detailed instructions, please refer to our full Return & Exchange Policy. The following core terms apply to all orders:

  • Notification Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted via email to adm.kesouma@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Return Shipping Window: Approved returns/exchanges must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition Requirements: Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, tried on indoors only, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Packaging & Labels: Air waybills (AWB), shipping labels, or tape must not be attached directly onto the shoebox. The shoebox must be enclosed in an outer bag or box. Items with label-damaged shoeboxes will not be accepted.

  • Photo Proof Required: All return or exchange requests must include clear photos demonstrating the condition of the soles/shoes and photo proof of the reason for the return/exchange.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping fees to and from our location for returns or exchanges are fully borne by the customer, except in cases where a defective or wrong item was delivered by Kesouma.

5. Defect Labeled & Final Sale Items

  • Defect Labeled Items: Products explicitly marked or labeled as "Defect" on our website are sold as-is and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Final Sale Items: Clearance items and products designated as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website—including but not limited to brand names, logos, text, graphics, images, shoe designs, audio clips, and digital downloads—is the property of Kesouma or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kesouma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our website or products.

  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

  • Minor variations in product color, texture, or fit.
